These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, registered accounts and purchasers of Elodoi Canadian Shopify store, governed by commercial laws of Quebec, Canada. By browsing or purchasing on our website, you fully agree to all terms listed below. If you disagree with any clause, stop using our store immediately.

1. Account Registration Rules

When creating a customer account, you must provide true, complete and accurate contact & delivery information. You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential, and all orders and operations under your account. Contact hello@elodoi.shop immediately if you find unauthorized login activity.

2. Product & Price Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate product photos, size charts, descriptions and pricing on the website. Minor colour differences may exist between screen display and physical items due to different monitor calibration.

Elodoi reserves the right to adjust product prices, inventory and specifications without advance notice. Typographical or system price errors do not form binding sales contracts, and we have the right to cancel orders placed under wrong listed prices.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, product images, logos, graphic designs, brand trademarks, page layout and marketing content on this website belong exclusively to Elodoi. Without our written permission, unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, commercial secondary use or modification of any site content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to claim legal compensation for copyright and trademark infringement under Canadian intellectual property laws.

4. Forbidden User Behaviours

Users cannot conduct the following activities on our website:
  • Violate Canadian federal, Quebec provincial or international laws
  • Hack website data, steal customer private information, spread viruses, malware or spam messages
  • Place malicious bulk test orders, repeatedly abuse return/refund policies to cause operational losses
  • Slander, insult, threaten our brand, staff or other customers
  • Use our platform for illegal resale, fraud and other criminal acts
We have full rights to freeze accounts, cancel pending orders and block website access for rule-breaking users.

5. Payment Authorization

At checkout, you authorize Elodoi to charge your selected payment method for total order amount, including product value, delivery fees and applicable Canadian GST/HST & Quebec sales tax. If payment authorization fails, we can cancel pending orders without prior notice.

6. Liability Limitation

Elodoi shall not be liable for indirect consequential losses including lost profits, business interruption or data loss caused by website downtime, shipping delays or product usage. Our maximum compensation liability for any single order dispute will not exceed the full payment amount of that order.

7. Policy Modification

We may revise these Terms of Service regularly to comply with updated Canadian commercial regulations. Updated terms will be published on this page with new effective date. Your continued shopping on our store represents acceptance of revised clauses.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the commercial laws of Quebec, Canada. All transaction-related disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to local civil courts in Quebec for final judgment.
