Payment Terms

All transactions on elodoi.shop are settled in Canadian Dollars (CAD), complying with Canadian financial supervision regulations.

We provide secure payment channels authorized for Canadian e-commerce merchants: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit & debit cards Shopify Payments PayPal Canada Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay Interac e-Transfer (Canadian local bank transfer, available upon email request)

At checkout, a temporary pre-authorization hold equal to your order total will be placed on your payment account. Funds will only be fully deducted after your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you cancel an unshipped order, the pre-authorization hold will automatically release within 3–7 business days, subject to your Canadian bank’s processing cycle.

All prices displayed on the website are CAD. QST/HST/GST sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping postal code following Canada Revenue Agency rules. No hidden surcharges will be added to domestic Canadian orders.

We do not store complete credit card numbers or bank account information on our servers. All payment channels adopt end-to-end PCI encrypted transmission, meeting Canadian online payment security standards.

If payment is declined at checkout, please verify your card balance, billing address consistency and card expiry date. Multiple continuous failed payments may lock your checkout page temporarily for fraud prevention. You may contact your Canadian bank or our customer service team for assistance.

All refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Canadian banks require 5–10 business days to post refund funds to your account after we complete processing; we cannot speed up bank processing schedules.
